3. Face Data and Biometric Information
Face Data Usage
The App may use the device camera to capture a live image of the user for attendance verification
and identity authentication purposes.
No Biometric Storage
The App does not collect, generate, store, retain, or maintain any biometric identifiers,
facial recognition templates, face geometry data, biometric faceprints, facial mapping information,
or any other biometric information derived from facial characteristics.
Face Data Retention
The App does not retain face data on its servers or databases.
Any face-related processing is performed only during authentication or attendance verification
and is immediately discarded once the process is completed.
Storage Period
Because face data is not stored, there is no face data retention period.
Sharing of Face Data
The App does not share face data, biometric identifiers, facial templates,
or face geometry information with any third parties.
Third-Party Face Data Storage
No third party stores, processes, or retains face data on behalf of the App because
face data is not shared with third parties.
